Structured, specific personal training tailored exclusively for you.
Prior to any training you will be taken through a thorough assessment
process. This will provide the basis for the unique program design which will
ensure you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible.

‘Small’ Group training
Small group training provides the interaction, camaraderie and fun of larger training groups, whilst ensuring each participant is safely monitored and
correctly programmed for.
Minimum 4 participants
Maximum 8 participants

The sessions will take place both indoor and outdoor at the following venues:
Indoor: 86 Ebley Street, Bondi Junction
Outdoor: Eastern suburbs beaches and parks
